MetaM is a total CRM solution partner that can lay the foundation of cost saving and growth of production, based on the proprietary methodology “C-P-C Solution” that provides the most appropriate total CRM solution to customers from the perspectives of Customer, Product, and Channel. The solution includes CRM consulting, customer care service (CRM inbound contact center service), customer acquisition service (tele-marketing service), digital platform service (e.g., IDC, IPCC), ASP service (facility lease and operation), and AI (artificial intelligence).
